Reimagining Switzerland's built environment through breakthrough technologies and efficient solutions

Wednesday, January 22, 2025
14:00-16:00
Location : Crystal Lounge

Organized by the Solar Impulse Foundation with Holcim

The future depends on how efficiently we use resources to construct, operate, and sustain our environment. At the heart of this transformation lies a rethinking of materials and processes that prioritize circularity and minimize carbon footprints. Entrepreneurs and innovators are not only pioneering technologies but are also setting a new standard for resource efficiency, inspiring a paradigm shift in the construction sector and beyond.

Industries traditionally perceived as hard-to-decarbonize are now driving systemic change, leveraging clean technologies to revolutionize material usage, recycling, and energy performance. Switzerland exemplifies this shift by fostering innovation and deploying solutions that significantly reduce emissions and waste, setting a global benchmark for sustainable development.

The session aims to spotlight pioneering solutions that redefine construction practices, with a focus on tangible progress and impactful technologies.
