16:30-18:00
Location : Nordside

Organized by the Forum of Young Global Leaders with Presence Switzerland

What does the future of leadership look like, and what will it take to lead successfully in 2026?

Drawing on Switzerland’s legacy as a hub for diplomacy and dialogue, Swiss diplomats and Young Global Leaders will explore new types of leadership, share insights and practical strategies for cultivating trust, resilience, and collaboration across communities and institutions. This future-oriented session hosted by the House of Switzerland, draws on insights from a new report by the Forum of Young Global Leaders’ Global Future Council on Leadership titled Next Generation Leadership: Driving Dialogue and Action.

This session focuses on the leadership capabilities needed to navigate 2026 and the future, align action with values, and enable collaboration in a fragmented world.
