Every weekends, the House of Switzerland will offer guests a unique taste experience in the heart of Paris, with a generous helping of Swiss savoir-faire, simplicity and conviviality. The giant table at the House’s weekend brunch will feature the best Switzerland has to offer. And we want guests to feel right at home. The focus will be on traditional Swiss fare, with top-quality artisanal and alpine products on the menu, such as cheese, raclette, cured meat, sausages, all types of bread, seasonal vegetables, sweet treats and local wines....Young and old alike can also take part in a chocolate workshop where they can create their own chocolate, mould it and taste it – a veritable dream come true for chocoholics. There will also be morning joga classes on Sunday for those who want to be active, while the more hedonistic can lie back in a deckchair and lose themselves in the sounds of an acoustic session while enjoying a fresh fruit juice or a glass of white wine and watching the Seine go by.

Revisiting football stickers with Lucerne's artistic association tschutti heftli.

The well-known tschutti heftli  (alternative, collectable football sticker album) is sending one of their illustrators to Paris to host this open workshop. Kids can spend the afternoon painting, drawing and glueing, creating pictures of their footballing heroes.

You can also get your own portrait drawn on a sticker tschutti heftli-style by one of the illustrators on hand that day. And then stick it in a special mini album right next to your footballing idol!

This is what we call 'le Slow Foot', or slow football, and that is our goal:  to give everyone, from the most ardent fans to the bon viveurs – who will find the best DJs and burgers/sausages at the Wanderlust – an outdoor arena to share a moment (or even more) dedicated to football, festivities and fine food.

The Wanderlust was created by the founders of Social Club and is located at the heart of the Cité de la Mode et du Design, a space devoted to fashion and design. Meet on the club's terrace overlooking the Seine to watch the Euro 2016 matches live – sometimes three a day – from 10 June to 10 July.

"What lies beneath Switzerland's perfect image" with Sébastien Meier, Marc Voltenauer and Corinne Jaquet.

Edelweiss noir – Swiss crime thrillers

French-language literature from Switzerland has been taking the literary world by storm, exciting its audience with an array of Swiss noir fiction. Paris should be on guard as these Swiss writers masterfully dip their quills in black – or sometimes blood red – ink in the heart of the French capital this summer. Chase away the gloom of Sunday night and savour the suspense, Swiss-style: meet at the Wanderlust at the appointed witching (and drinking) hour for original literary performances, readings, lectures and discussions between the writers and lovers of crime novels.

"What lies beneath Switzerland's perfect image" with Sébastien Meier, Marc Voltenauer and Corinne Jaquet.

What is hidden behind sublime Alpine landscapes, banks in Geneva and Swiss politeness? Our writers reveal all in their books – Sébastien Meier from Lausanne and author of Au nom du père (published by Zoé), who after Les ombres du métis exposes the hypocrisy of the multinationals based in the Lake Geneva region; Geneva-born Marc Voltenauer, author of Le Dragon du Muveran (Plaisir de Lire), a metaphysical thriller that adapts the Nordic recipe for detective novels to the Alps of Vaud; and Corinne Jaquet's L’ombre de l’Aigle (Slatkine), a novel that explores  Geneva's neighbourhood and the underside of the author's beloved city.
